If you need to return an item, please call us at 1-800-SANDAL-WORLD or email us at CustomerService@SandalWorld.com for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) first.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost (by the shipper, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or misdirected (incorrectly labeled) returns . If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Free return shipping means ground shipping only and does not include insurance or any other add ons to the shipping process.
